Join me for this spiritually elevating meditation as we affirm our paths and fulfill our dreams during this full moon cycle. Warm up with a guide tea meditation followed by a full body stretch and a power sound meditation to cleanse the aura and release trauma, tension and pain from all levels of the human system.
